Which might seem like a meme until you figure out that just about everything he came up with was a meme and academics memed it until it turned into a psychosis that people actually believe. They actually believe his velocity compositions laws are used in GPS patents they've never even seen because they're still classified by the DoD. They even believe light travels and has a speed because of this absolute buffoon.
