I had high ideals when i studied, but every time it turns out to be shit, huge barriers to entry in those fields all full of faggot academics with 0 life experience that smile while they tell me my lived experience is worthless while theirs is poinient.
maybe I can become a cop or something but idgaf desu, life is comfy and as I approach my late 30's I find myself thinking more and more about buying a small property in the bush and becoming a hermit.
criminology spooked me pretty bad, reading the cumulative results of research over the last 100 years, comparing it to current trends, it all points to a complete social collapse.
