No. This is the problem with both young-creationist idiots and normal people: they make inferences about the "intent" of natural selection or god based on a property of a human body. It is a complete non-sequitur. There is no logical connection. If you you believe that all of evolution is about natural selection then you are flat out wrong, and you should do some proper reading of evolutionary biology, instead of reading from pop-sci sources. All evolutionary biologists accept that there are stochastic processes involved in evolution, including genetic drift.
