๐งต How does one find a pediatrician doesn't force Vaccines?

I got 7 inactivated vaccines when I was a kid and I was no worse for wear, and I'd be fine with that for mine. But I don't want the 40+ recommended for their income incentive per jab racket at the expense of my kids' health, much less to get the COVID jab ever.

Opt out for the ones they don't need. Flu shots, for example.

I've been to 3 pediatrics offices straight up require you to sign a legally binding plead to let them do the full CDC, 72 vaccine schedule to be a patient with them, and that breaching that will be grounds to drop you.
That is because doctors get paid by insurance companies for having children fully vaccinated.
A doctor gets $300 per shot for a child fully vaccinated by age 2. He needs 65% of his patients fully vaccinated or he forfeits all money.
So to the doctors its a question of "Do I want to make $21,000 in insurances claims off this kid and keep my percentage of vaccinated kids over the threshold for those insurance kickbacks, or do I want to take the time to work with parents on their healthcare decisions?"
It seems like almost every doctors wants the money.
