๐Ÿงต Can You Increase Gravity on Earth Without Going up in a Plane?

Anonymous No. 16237115

Bruce Lee is stated to have only been squatting with 94 pounds, but doing the reps as fast as possible to build up his speed. This seems pretty BS, because even I can notice that my squat speed is about the same without a bar and with a bar loaded to 135. The only way to be able to do this would be if you could somehow increase gravity. There may be some sort of nervous system reaction going on to keep me from squatting any faster that I'm unaware of, though.

I have no idea what you're asking here. Do you just want your legs to be more explosive? Do kettlebell swings, burpees, and box squats

I don't believe it's physically possible for you to train yourself to do squats faster with smaller weights or no weights, but this is apparently how Bruce Lee trained. I've heard that he was quite a bit of a fraud.

Then you're genuinely retarded. You can train your fast twitch muscle fibers and improve your ability in recruiting them

Maybe through actually kicking and punching through improving your form and muscle memory, but through squats? That seems pretty bullshit.

The only ways to generate gravity as we know it is mass, acceleration, and spin....which might count as acceleration but I don't know. You can get in one of those state fair UFO spinning rides to up your gravity and train in that....but maybe all the spinning would kill you over time, who knows

PS, no the acceleration Lee inacted on himself and the weights would not increase gravity in any meaningful way.
