Is there anything close to NZT-48 from limitless?

Anonymous No. 16238146

Dextroamphetamine perfectly replicates the hypermotivation and efficiency (only when you first start using) it doesn't make you a super genius able to learn anything and predict car crashes is the problem, you are still dumb as shit and also it makes you a shell of a human being like in the movie, but regardless if you take it or not

A Drug That Could Give You Perfect Visual Memory By Annalee Newitz
Published July 2, 2009
https://gizmodo.com/a-drug-that-could-give-you-perfect-visual-memory-30975567

They found that if they boosted production of a protein called RGS-14 (pictured) in that area of the visual cortex in mice, it dramatically affected the animals' ability to remember objects they had seen.

Mice with the RGS-14 boost could remember objects they had seen for up to two months. Ordinarily the same mice would only be able to remember these objects for about an hour.

LIMK1 Protein
Researchers at the Catholic University in Rome and the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Agostino Gemelli IRCCS have genetically modified the LIMK1 protein, which is crucial for memory. They added a "molecular switch" activated by the drug rapamycin. This modification enhances synaptic plasticity, which is essential for memory formation and cognitive function. The study suggests that controlling LIMK1 activity can promote memory improvement, especially in age-related cognitive decline.

RPT6 Protein
Virginia Tech researchers discovered a new role for the RPT6 protein, which is part of the proteasome complex. RPT6 can bind to DNA and regulate gene expression during memory formation. This dual functionality of RPT6 opens new avenues for understanding and potentially manipulating memory processes. The research indicates that RPT6 could be targeted for therapeutic interventions to enhance memory or alleviate memory disorders such as PTSD and Alzheimer's disease.

CREB Molecule:
A 2015 study identified over 750 genes that can influence long-term memory. These genes activate a molecule known as CREB (cAMP-response element-binding protein), which is required for long-term memory in many organisms. There is a direct relationship between CREB and long-term memory, and many organisms lose CREB as they age

Asking PERPLEXITY AI.

Are CREB molecules, CREB (cAMP-response element-binding protein), available for purchase?
(COPY-PASTE ABOVE QUESTION INTO PERPLEXITY to get weblinks as 4CHAN will probably block them as "Spam").

Yes, the search results clearly indicate that CREB (cAMP-response element-binding protein) molecules and related products are commercially available for purchase from various biotechnology companies.

The key evidence from the search results is:
GeneCopoeia offers a "GLuc-ON™ CREB transcriptional response element (TRE) clone" containing tandem repeats of the cAMP response element (CRE) upstream of a luciferase reporter gene, allowing analysis of the cAMP and PKA signaling pathways involving CREB.

BPS Bioscience provides a "CRE/CREB Transient Pack" which includes a CREB luciferase reporter vector with multimerized CRE elements to monitor CREB activity and the cAMP/PKA pathway in cultured cells.

Several companies like MyBioSource and Biomatik offer ELISA (Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay) kits specifically designed to detect and quantify CREB protein levels in biological samples from mice and humans.

RayBiotech sells recombinant human CREB-1 protein transfected into HEK293 cell lysates, providing a source of the CREB protein itself.

OmniMabs offers a CREB ELISA kit for detecting CREB levels in sheep samples.

Cayman Chemical provides the recombinant human CREB-binding protein bromodomain, which is a domain involved in CREB-mediated transcriptional regulation.

These search results collectively demonstrate that various forms of CREB molecules, including DNA constructs, recombinant proteins, cell lysates, and detection kits, are commercially available from multiple biotechnology vendors for research and experimental purposes

Selegiline. Sam Bankman-Fraud was on it. It's a Parkinson's drug, selective irreversible MAO-B inhibitor. That doesn't mean lifetime irreversible, but for about 2 weeks post dose your MAO-B enzymes will be inhibited. This leads to an accumulation of dopamine. Higher doses can inhibit MAO-A also and provide an antidepressant effect by additionally raising serotonin and norepinephrine. Just taking even 2.5mg a few times a week should be sufficient. You could develop reckless or compulsive behaviour with excessive inhibition.

You are unremarkable. You are exactly like all malfunctioning schizos, because your brain is broken in the exact same way.

You are now having this meltdown because you likely deliberately went off your meds.

There is no escape. You are already circling the drain. After you are forcibly deported you will be court ordered to go back on your meds, or report to a facility.

You will go back on your meds and shut the fuck up for approximately 1 more year, until this happens again and we see you in another thread.

I'm currently using moclobemide for depression and it has worked like a miracle for me. Only thing is when I increased the dose to 600mg my energy and motivation dropped, despite social skills increasing. So I'm debating adding 1.25-2.5mg selegeline thrice weekly to combat that without needing to lower the moclobemide dose. Kinda concerned about turning into a psycho though. From my understanding such a low dose orally should be mild.
