How impactful is body odor for sexual attraction? Maybe they play a big role on wheter the "vibes" are good or not when meeting someone?

Do armpit odor, sweat and groint sweat have higher concentrations of molecules that allow potential partners to properly sniff out how compatible their MHC is?

Only for people with low IQs or larger limbic systems aka Autists like OP. There's a reason we have the weakest noses and strongest frontal lobes of any mammal

Actually research indicates that olfactory stimuli activate the olfactory bulb, which interfaces directly with the limbic system, including the amygdala and hypothalamus, areas crucial for emotion and arousal regulation. These regions process odor cues that can subconsciously influence sexual attraction and partner selection based on genetic compatibility and overall health through body odor.

These areas contribute to the immediate, subconscious emotional and physiological responses to others, including those triggered by body odors

What you're basically talking about is pheromones, which have not been proven to exist in human beings. (And the evidence is pretty strong that they don't.)

There's also pretty strong evident that usually women prefer the body scents of MHC-dissimilar men as opposed to MHC-similar men, and that long-term relationship are more likely to succeed if the men and women are "MHC compatible".

Just use unscented anti-perspirant. If you somehow still have a bad stink even when using such, then pick an unscented deodorant.

Only very bad smells have an impact

Naive and narrow conception of what pheromones are.
Body odour contains all sorts of metabolites which reflect underlying health, physiology and endocrinology. Research demonstrates mate-preference in both sexes for certain odours.
It's unlikely to be a case of just one or two individual compounds having the effect, just as no single ingredient is responsible for the delicious aroma of a rich meal. It's about the variety and proportions of metabolites.

My female coworkers have said i smelled the nicest on days where I smelled like body odor but still had a nice deodorant smell complimenting it. I've noticed the most consistent arrangement is just putting the deodorant on the sleeves of my shirt, not actually on my body. It's weird but they've all said it smells nicer.

What's your genetic background? Because I've consistently had similar experiences that sharply contradict the academic consensus. I've routinely been complimented on how I smell when all I've done is bathed, used a neutral deodorant, and worked up a light sweat. Occasionally to the extent of having girls tell other women to come and smell me. I ask because those experiences have routinely been with women from a narrow region of the globe, from which I also descend, but I also largely only interact with women predominantly from that region so there's massive sampling bias. It's been so contradictory to mainstream experience and knowledge that I've begun to question if it might be non-homo sapien alleles.
