This. The US wanted everyone buying from Pfizer and Moderna so they used propaganda to undercut the vaccines from other countries. Johnson & Johnson was allowed a limited release but even that was eventually snuffed out so only Pfizer and Moderna would remain. Having countries like China and Russia sell billions of doses of their own vaccines to the developing world was unacceptable to the regime.
