Professional have heart rate monitors that alert them to low bpm, especially when they're asleep. They go do some time on an exercise bike to keep their heart rate up so they don't die. Maybe that's the solution for you.

I've had my resting HR down to like 45 when I did serious endurance training, it's like low 50s now and I'm here to post about it lol.

metoprolol even at 25mg is strong dude. I tried 50mg when my heart was even worse and didn't have a problem but over time my heart settled down a bit but still flares up doing nothing
