the idea that if you removed everything like stars, atoms, and radiation from empty space then there will be positive and negative particles that pop out of existence (+100 and -100 is 0) is like saying that fire and water, earth and air are nothing because +1 (-1) = 0 too!
just because we can not remove them from empty space yet doesn't mean that it is nothing!!

There's statistical evidence that virtual particles exist, anon. It's literally provable through experiments. Particles aren't spheres that pop in and out of existence. I think you're thinking of things too one-dimensionally, no pun intended

Virtual particles are not particles that randomly pop in and out of existence, though this is one of the biggest popsci quantum myths out there. Virtual particles symbolize the interactions between particles in Feynman diagrams.
