99% or 100% cocoa chocolate is good for you. The sugary candy bars are like all candies bad for you.

Redpill me on heavy metal consumption. What's the benefit?

The foodgasm you get from pure cocoa makes you ejaculate the toxins, so it's ok.

They are essential nutrients, and their absence is the reason why people are increasingly sick, weak, and mentaly ill, and why nature is dying. Somebody either fucked up, or it's a result of malice.

Even if they are essential nutrients, they exist naturally within produce so people eating healthy are still going to get them

They have been intentionally removed and crops are bred to absorb less.

Yes. It's the EDTA that is washing them out, most likely.

Chocolate is necessary for survival. As a high IQ person I need instantly available energy to keep my brain running. However, after eating half a kilogram of chocolate I get diarrhea. This happens consistently every day. Any /sci/entific idea why? I blame the theobromine.

like any other source of high sugars it's very good if you have trouble eating big meals !! i buy up on twix and snickers bars at costco and that substitutes a full meal a lot of times so scientifically speaking it's very healthy more importantly yummy :DDD

From most experimentation throughout the many decades of research, it seems to be, yes.

Sorry, I take it back: chocolate is not cocoa. I was talking about cocoa specifically. Apologies for the misunderstanding.

This, cocoa is expensive, candy makers avoid using it as much as they can get away with. You'll find very little actual chocolate in the goyslop candybar aisle. Theres science jobs in the arena of figuring out how to make the submillimeter thin layer of chocolate like coating on those candy bars even thinner

Funny you should ask, I started drinking hot chocolate (mostly cocoa, just a bit of sugar) daily a few weeks ago and now I'm stupidly horny all the time, like I have to jerk off 5-7 times a day to keep a clear head. Is that good or bad?

Just yuro no-name stuff, I first dissolve a "row" of 80%+ chocolate in a bit of hot water, add 3 teaspoons of pure cocoa powder and ~half a ts of tonka sugar (vanilla is fine too), then add milk to fill up a decent cup and let it heat up a bit but not boil.
It's basically half a meal in itself, I like to have 2 boiled eggs with that.
