I received following puzzle from a Dutch intelligence organization. I have no idea how to solve it. Do you guys have an idea?

I can't even begin to determine a pattern.
What even are the options for solutions? Are the two "Wie?" Figures supposed to be an A and B?

Wat means what it English. Wie means who in English.
I have no idea

overlap bottom figures, rotate, and flip colors based on some boolean, to match top one?

Yesterdays fine

How would combining the triangles even work? Do we assume that the colors combine in some way? Are the black triangles supposed to be actual black triangles, or are they supposed to be holes? There just isn't enough information to solve it in the image.

Up matches with left.
Don't ask me why, you get it if you have 160IQ.

plenty iq test questions involving boolean operations (picrel):
>xor (bottom right)
>and (E)

Boolean operations? How does this work? I just deleted the tile in my mind if they overlapped.

do normalfags actually struggle with this? i never could get their perspective on iq tests

it's really that basic; and so goes (most)
iq testing...

come on, this stuff is clearly a learning dependent question, you can't do good if you don't learn it from someone.
are genius level people born with XOR gates in their brains?

yeah, maffs wise, that's a boolean operation.
to solve it, though, all you need is to understand the logic behind it, not the name or theory...

It's basic pattern recognition.
>Yes + Yes = No
>No + No = No
>Yes + No = Yes
You can figure this out without ever having heard about gates, computers, or Boolean logic.

Is it from the kerstpuzzel? Might just be some binary encoding resulting in a word.
