Why have super elites formed by old decrepit boomers and that are fed up with life have not already created a super virus to eradicate all human life? How scientifically unlikely is that?

Basically 3 issues
1. The better a virus is at spreading amongst individuals of a species the less deadly it is for that species.
2. Generic variances between individuals in a large population species that reproduces sexually results in more resistance against viruses and deceases.
3. The more individuals a virus infects the more likely it is to mutate to be less deadly for that species.
