Is there any way of finding out what your general personal bioavailability is for a given oral supplement (not a drug to get high, it's for thearuptic reasons)? Something a little bit more precise than 'take some and see how you react'.

You could probably use a spectrometer on your blood vessels

1.Take the supplement (known amount)
2. wait x amount of time
3. draw a blood sample (known volume)
4. measure the concentration of the supplement in blood
5. get the substance amount in moles by multiplying by your blood volume
6. multiply moles by the molar weight of the supplement to get substance mass in blood
Bioavailability is the substance mass in blood divided by the original mass you took in.
