Why hasn't xenotransplantion of animal testicles in humans been attempted? Instead of trt you could transplant baboon testicles quite easily via keyhole surgery where they transplant kidneys as it doesn't need to be reproductively active just needs access to blood to dump hormones, it's a non vital organs so the stakes are low for rejection, people have survived months with pig hearts

You'd only need one implanted testicle most likely, and it's not in your scrotum so you wouldn't notice it at all

Also the testicle is an immunologically privileged organ, so if there was an organ able to be tolerated to be transplanted between species it would be the testicle
