2) University and pre-university education requires the student to generate new insight. Students who prepare for less educated repetitive jobs (trades, cooking, lab work, nursing, programming bookkeeping etc.) are educated to repeat indeed.
4) Students take a passive black/white approach to complying/refusing instead of having a decent argument with the teacher and negotiate.
5) When learning a musical instrument you first need to learn chords or scales before getting creative or else you will sound like a child playing with a recorder.

No you need to learn to come up with better criticism like questioning how it's even remotely possible to have little to no skills like speaking a foreign language, playing an instrument, programming a computer, writing an essay worthy of being published etc. after 20 years of school.
