To discern a random from a non-random process/product it is necessary to compare sequences. A single instance can't verify/falsify (non-)randomness.

You assume I did not because you have criteria to discern some sentences as more meaningful than other sentences. Bit strings without any context have no reference and therefore can't be discerned as being more or less meaningful.
