Sulfur dioxide counteracts carbon dioxide, yes. When they propose to do it on purpose people make dumbass references to Snowpiercer.

>slows down increasing room temperature
>evaporated water becomes liquid again
>because atmosphere colder than boiling point

This is because their models are wrong, but they are too incompetent to set things straight. This is because nobody of merit and intelligence would take their field seriously. In effect, you can say that climatology was the first science to fall in the competency crisis. There will be endless schizo theories from this field as normalfags pretend their ~100 iq politics is science.

this is such an old topic. pollution soot and aerosols cool the planet, co2 and methane warm it. Move along, nothing new to see here

>climatology was the first science to fall in the competency crisis.
That was intentional, until the 1990s climate science was a branch of physics called "atmospheric physics" and it had all the same intellectual rigor and math as any other branch of physics. When it was broken off into a separate field it was dumbed down and nearly all the mathematical rigor was removed to allow mentally deficient, mentally ill environmental activists to participate and eventually take over the field, turning it into a discipline of far left political propaganda thinly disguised as science, which is how it came to be completely disconnected from reality.

>Be OP
>Completely ignorant of climate science
>Know it's a hoax though
>Shills say we're about to stop cooling the planet
>"Ha! I thought we were warming it!"
>Don't grasp the implications
>Don't look up the topic to better inform myself
>Everyone else in the world already knows about global dimming and has since the 90's
>Scientists have been observing it since the 50's
Many such cases.

He bought to use it as a lobbying tool. And it worked like charm, within a year of paying $250 million for The Washington Post, Bezos had used the post to get Amazon a $10 billion military contract.
