Okay look. I'm not afraid of dying, I don't care. And I'm not one of those schizos who believes in "mind uploading" or whatever. But REALISTICALLY, out of curiosity, do you think any form of reverse-ageing will be available in our lifetimes? Do we have ANY progress on that? I wish I could take a pill and feel young again.....
What about that thing with the 2 twin mice at different ages? Was that legit?

I have this theory that the more you use and stress your body the faster you age. Like a car you use everyday vs a car kept in a garage all the time, the latter will look brand new because you never used/stressed it. Now, one of the most taxing and stressful activities the body does every single day is digesting food so if you somehow were to ease that process to a minimum (maybe replacing solid foods with some sort of onions-like paste, or maybe just pills containing nutrients) you'd age at a sensibly slower rate, probably adding decades to your lifespan
