Suppose I am an absolute monarch (King) of a tiny country. There is a neighbouring small country that borders me. I am a close friend with the government of that nation. There are oligarchs/rich families in that country.
I and the government of that country want to collude so as to force those rich oligarchs to cede 70 % shares of their companies to me but the judiciary system of that country is independent and their constitution prohibits that.
>What should I do in order to achieve this goal?
Note: I have an active military and army.

Challenge a small territory in that nation,if you win you get what you want and then show the riches how powerful your army is and try to manipulate people of that country by expressing your power over their wealth and do it gradually and spread your territory and meanwhile manipulate those riches and finally get your thing

One way to achieve your goal is to let the government of your neighboring country implement policies that make it unattractive for shareholders to mediate their business through the financial institutions of that country. Make your financial institutions an attractive alternative and there you go: you can freeze and seize their assets or in more subtle ways turn their assets into your credit.
Another way would be to let the government of your neighboring country implement policies that devalue their shares and put shareholders in a debit position. Their constitution prohibits your investors to buy their shares but your investors can offer a personal payment in exchange for control of their companies. Your leaders of those companies will then decide to to make those companies reliant on the products and services of companies in your country. Doing you create a Theseus Ship: you replace all parts of those companies with your parts.
