Based on what I've read about personality disorders like antisocial, borderline, schizoid, narcissistic, histrionic and avoidant, mood disorders, schizo spectrum disorders, even conditions like epilepsy or TBI in relation to criminal behavior, it sure seems like everyone that does something truly bad has neurological issues.
If that's so, are the ASPD etc. people truly responsible, if their brain is defective?
Would a so-called normal person who understood reality ever be capable of such acts?

That's really the trouble with psychology, isn't it? Not only is there no real definition for what a "healthy" mind is, any kind of weird or immoral behavior could be considered some kind of mental deficiency. Where do we draw the line between "bad person" and "mentally impaired"?

Sociologically there's a certain profile for most American mass shooters, but it doesn't take a genius to figure that out they're predominantly white men though

They aren't though, the FBI definition of mass shooter where three or more people are injured in the same shooting make black men the predominate mass shooters and just like serial killers where black men dominate, they just aren't interesting and people only tend to care about the white serial killers and mass shooters precisely because it is atypical.
