Ok, suppose special relativity is wrong. But Michelson–Morley experiments have been repeatedly reproduced and tested Lorentz symmetry to [math]10^−18 [\math].
What could be an alternative explanation?

Hmmm ok I just did a thorough academic overview of the experiments you mentioned.
I found this and it’s real interesting
> With the development of the special theory of relativity, the need to account for a single universal frame of reference had disappeared – and acceptance of the 19th-century theory of a luminiferous aether disappeared with it. For Einstein, the Lorentz transformation implied a conceptual change: that the concept of position in space or time was not absolute, but could differ depending on the observer's location and velocity.
So apparently what I gather from this context is they want to calculate precise instruments to measure time.
But why?
I think they were trying to create precise time instruments for communication and computation purposes y
As we see in the pic the piezoelectric crystals vibrate a frequencies which are clock like mesurements. The more precise the clock the more powerful your computer

I know how to test the one way speed of light but it would be very expensive, likely billions of euros. I don't want to state my method because I don't want anyone to steal credit. How can I go about getting someone to carry out this experiment and give me credit?

So you’ve really enthralled me with this topic and I just spent a good chunk of time looking into this. I actually don’t think it’s outside the realm of possibility that the study itself could be flawed, or maybe measuring a related but distinctly different concept.
I mean for instance, you could go hiking out in the woods and gather up lots of little rollie-pollies from under rocks. I like to fill a mason jar about halfway full of these little bugs. Then I take a wooden stick and mash all the little squirming bugs alive in a circular grinding motion. I do this for 15 minutes until all the little bugs have homogenized into an oatmeal-like paste. Then I take the sludge in the jar and I microwave it on high for 4 minutes. I’ve become adjusted to the aroma by now.

The ether manifests all material reality, the equipment to perform the MM "experiment" is made of etheric energy. How can you expect the MM psyop to tell you anything about what maninfests it?

Aether is like air. Its not windy either its dragged by earth and other celestial bodies.
