Probably not, though it's literally awesome and extremely interesting. Theo Von compared DMT to the circus and Ayahuasca to the ocean. I've not tried Ayahuasca, which is the extended release form of DMT, but the comparison seems apt. DMT is flashy and impressive, but also too fast and hyperstimulating to get a lot of meaning out it, in my experience. Invariably I feel relaxed afterwards, sometimes to the point of compulsively yawning.
MDMA therapy would probably be a better method to treat autism. Psilocybin could also help give you new perspectives on your life, potentially optimizing your intelligence. In general I would recommend mushrooms on a sunny day with someone you trust. It has a lot of potential for facilitating adaptation and greater wisdom.

Hippies must be extremely high iq then. All I see are filthy retards.
It sounds fun tho, although I haven't tried. Salvia seems to be a similar alternative but apparently much intense and violent

Ayahuasca lasts a lot longer than a DMT hit but it is magnitudes less intense.
Psilocybin + MDMA are better for curing autism, but you have to socialise or empathise with real, actual people whilst you're high on them.

You get better at whatever you practice.
Having even more crazy thoughts by yourself isn't going to solve your autism.
You have to go out and challenge yourself socially.
