What is the cheapest/easiest way to create some blackhole scale anomaly? Or at least as close to one. Ideally practical for a single guy.. so far I've thought of maybe magnetic fields, or lights and mirrors, or quantum stuff. But im not a big chad nerd like you, /sci/. Please help me >w<
In hindsight I think a better definition of anomaly is anything close to SCP stuff.

Kugelblitz black holes is what you're looking for. Recent revelations suggest they may not actually be physically possible, but probably your best shot.
