I don't understand. I was told on social media that once enough diversity people ha been hired then we would excel since we got rid of the white people. Why aren't all of these black people and women showing us how amazing they are? Shouldn't we be on Pluto by since these people are supposed to be so much better?

Can someone explain what is happening? I don't get it. It makes no sense.
