Let's unpack all the doublespeak here.

The person didn't revert me. His bot did. It's labeled as botwork on the revision itself. Why pretend to not understand this?

Meaning that those people _are vandals themselves._ And far worse than generic vandals, since their vandalism occurs in bot time rather than human time and isn't subject to any meaningful feedback or oversight.
