They are genetically superior at making complex civilization. Their genetics are a product of Europe's natural environment having selection pressures which promote civilization building.
I.e if you put a bunch of africans in Europe for a few centuries you'd end up with intelligent niggers.

Didn't read but for the short description on goodreads and as an armchair evolutionary biologist and Neural network researcher the book seems sound in principle to me.

Also haven't read, but I've agreed with the thesis since before I'd even heard of the book. Corporations are obviously a higher form of life.
