Why does school teach Physics before Trig and Calc? Is this the biggest 'Cart before the horse' in the whole school system?

I did newtonian physics before calc in hs
It was awkward in hindsight but still doable if you dance around things that require derivatives or integration

>why does school...
Who cares? Fuck school. Now get off /sci/, this board is for the discussion of science and math, not for the discussion of school

Video games require a console or computer to be played so discussing console or gaming computer is relevant.
Math and science to not require school, do not rely upon school, and do not benefit from school, so school is a completely different topic.
A better analogy would be
>don't talk about your computer desk and office chair on /v/

It helps a lot to treat it all rather non-rigorously the first time around and just memorize everything you will be doing in preparation for the calulus-based physics course.

Wat? When I was in high school I took.
>Freshman Year: Algebra II/Trig and Biology
>Sophomore Year: Geometry/Precalculus BC and Chemistry
>Junior Year: AP Calculus ABIB and Physics
>Senior Year: AP Calculus BCIB and AP Physics

In order to indoctrinate children who are too low IQ to ever understand calculus with various pseudoscientific ideas that are presented as physics.

All of the concepts were the same as in calc-based physics. The only difference was that formulae based on time derivatives (e.g. [math]x=x_0 + v_{0}t + \frac{at^2}{2}[/math]) were presented with a mindset of "don't worry about where these came from", which is how they present a lot of things in mathematics at that level anyway, so it was less jarring than one might expect

Because the school system is a failure, they literally can't teach kids any math or science whatsoever

thats not by accident. the government does not want people learning and understanding math and science because that would allow them to develop critical thinking abilities, the government wants everyone to blindly trust their selected "authority figure" mouthpieces
