Am I wrong to think my social anxiety and near complete ineptitude for being around non family members are not merely symptoms of autism? I don’t wish to be one of those niggers who self diagnose for attention, I thought the very same of autism and ADHD yet I very strongly qualified for having those conditions when tested in a professional environment. Another thing that strikes me as uncharacteristic of autism are my strong beliefs in the supernatural, paranormal, etc. My fear of others (female classmates in high school, women in general nowadays) believing me to be some perverted autistic retard is something I have feared for years yet it was never mentioned as part of my testing for it.

Have you considered that your overuse of the internet may be creating a negative spiral in which all your paranoia are consistently reinforced. If you have ADHD you should be medicated for it on some kind of long-lasting med. Your symptoms aren't uncommon in those with ADHD or autism. How many hours are you spending a day on the internet out of curiosity?

My internet usage might have some correlation but my Ritalin makes it worse, so I’m not taking them anymore nigger. I couldn’t say for sure but I’d estimate it at 5 hours a day broken into chunks of 1 hour broken up by periods of not using it, your niggardlyness

Why the fuck are you taking Ritalin in 2024? Have you tried Vyvanse or Adderall xr? You should try all the med options if possible. I'm pretty sure studies have shown with the correct medication the majority of the adverse effects of ADHD can be mitigated significantly. I was on Ritalin at one point and i also stopped taking it cause it made me feel like a crackhead, swapped to Vyvanse and life has never been easier.

My family history of substance abuse and addiction is probably what put them off so they prescribed 18mg of concerta and then 5mg of Ritalin and most recently 10mg which makes me feel like a tweaker

Ask about moving to vyvanse. If you have autism getting out and participating in hobbies, especially hobbies that involve women is way more important than you think it is. It will be very difficult at first, but you need to keep at it to improve. Restrict your use of social media/youtube and try doing something different with your time. Most women don't assume you're a creep and watching content that pushes the message they do, only makes you act more retarded when in their presence.

You sound like you're living a sub-optimal life. You should try to get on the right medication and then work towards getting to a healthy weight and being more social. ADHD medication dosages aren't based on your weight, they should be titrating you upwards until you find the optimal dosage that works for your neurochemistry. Proper medication and implementing lifestyle adjustments to make up for your mental shortcomings are the most important first steps in developing a good adult life when you have this condition.
Things that you should invest in are:
> A small notebook to keep with you at all times to write shit down so you don't need to hold it in your head (Major lifesaver for people with ADHD)
> A daily journal where you can plan your day in the morning before accessing the internet etc.
> Exercise 3-4 days a week 30 mins is fine
> Some people find meditation is also useful
> Create a good sleep plan and go to sleep at the same time everyday. If you're finding yourself staying up late browsing/scrolling get a timer for your router and put your phone away before you go to bed.
> Ensure you are hydrating enough try all sizes of water bottles see what works for you.
ADHD and autism can be beneficial to you if you find ways to make up for the shortcomings that come with the condition. Medication is the first step. Literally every lifestyle adjustment is less effective to ineffective if you aren't on the right meds. I can speak from experience i went from a jobless NEET to someone who has a family and well paying career within 5 years of of being diagnosed and putting the effort in to make up for my issues. I know nothing about autism stuff though.

Anecdoteally most of the autistic people I know, myself included, have an interest in that kind of thing.
I’d look at more symptoms than just the social stuff. Do you tend to obsess over things? Do certain sensory experiences feel painful for you (smells, sounds, textures, etc)? Conversely, do you seek out sensory experiences? People with autism often have some movement troubles. Did you take longer than normal to learn how to ride a bike? Jumprope? Cartwheel? Do you have an urge to mimic noises or people (echolachia)?

Were you bullied as a teenager? Was that when you became an outcast? Peer-group rejection as a teenager causes pretty much incurable crippling social anxiety. It has nothing to do with autism or ADHD.

Who doesn't, hahaha.... If one in four boys have been diagnosed with ADHD by the time they're 15/16, I don't know...

Jesus Christ is the Son of God, who died for your sins on a cross , then God rose from the dead three days later. So that you may receive the free gift of eternal life, when you ask Him to forgive you. If you believe in your heart and confess with your mouth that Jesus Christ is Lord. You will receive this free gift. He also promises to heal your body. This Is Gods Love for You!
