How do you keep up motivation when the job is not utilzing advanced mathematics?
Do you solve math problems as a side job? I am asking to how to be motivated in maintaining mathematical edge

I work through textbooks in my spare time.
I'm thinking of going back to graduate school just to actually use math again.
Also considered going into data science but I feel like there's very little math there. On the day to day, anyway.
