If there was a microwave with average wattage -let’s say 1000W- but just large enough to fit me (5’10, 160lbs slim build 16% bmi) inside, and the base plate rotated me,
And I set it for one minute, how long would it take me to feel pain? How long for me to start cooking, hair catching on fire, other stuff etc. ? What would i resemble when the 60 seconds is up?

almost instantly as the water in the outer layers of your flesh starts to get very hot and boil.
>hair catching on fire, other stuff etc. ?
Unless you have braces of other metal stuff exposed, no flames will happen.
>What would i resemble when the 60 seconds is up?
You could pass for Gary Coleman.

If the humiliation of being dropped into a microwave like a bowl of soup doesn't cause psychological pain, you're weird!
