how do I attract these things to my lawn? I DON'T want to kill them. I want them to swarm around my lawn and be all over the place. I read that soda and sugar left outside would do the trick. how do I make sure they are drawn in, but don't drown in the stuff?

use honey and squirt some onto a piece of cardboard. It will attract ants and other bugs, but i'd think you should see yellow jackets too.

Just leave several KG of sugar on your property for a while. It will attract a lot of insects but eventually the Chad wasps will show up and claim it entirely for their own.
