Get it done professionally and follow post treatment instructions (no colored liquids,coffee, wine ,piss no colored fruits ect in the next 48 hours at least.)
The peroxide is pretty corrosive 70% concentrate so the gum has to be properly protected or else it will bleed and hurt.
It wont be perfect but for sure the teeth will get one shade whiter.
If you want whiter you can try it again after two weeks again and see if anything improves.

sodium hypochlorite reacts with peoxide and makes a foam.
the result is plain water and salt.
You are disinfecting your mouth but not much bleaching is done.
Also its not recommended to use peroxide more that 10 days straight because it cause changes to the epithelium of the tongue and taste buds.
