Brainlet. Most men will reproduce before the age of 50, this is how baldness is passed on. What happens to your body after ~50 is largely irrelevant for evolution because you already passed your genes.

Also, women's preference on hairstyle changes with each year, back then (2000+ years ago) a shaved head was one of the most common haircuts ever, but today it is definitely unattractive.

Knew a guy who got Peyronies from finasteride. There’s been some studies to suggest that there’s a connection too. Might be as simple as finasteride stops you getting proper erections and having sex/jerking off with a half-hardon can increase chances of injuries, but you never know

Retard, most medication involves "disrupting" something in your body. And yes, you can reduce DHT without consequences. DHT is a garbage hormone, pretty important during puberty, but after your 20s it only causes problems.

People with enlarged prostates have been reducing their DHT for ages and they never reported any small dick because they were not retarded. Then we use THE EXACT SAME MEDICATION for hair loss, except A MUCH LOWER DOSE, and guess what? "It's chemical castration!1!1!!!".
