Yes, but I guess it didn't work. You can cut anything and glue it back together anywhere, that's no problem, even you can do it with a knife, thread and needle. But if you want the organ to work again, you'll have to reconnect the nerves and blood vessels and make sure there's no rejection due to infection or misplacement. I'd be surprised if the Nazis had the techniques, tools, drugs and knowledge to do it.

They are in "large" bundles so they can be stiched together with micro surgery. As long as they are very close the brain and body will heal and do the reprogram. Nerves grow very slow so we are talking years of physical therapy. I do wonder if it is less anti rejection drugs because it isn't an organ.
