Are speed reading techniques worth it? I will not use it on math and physics books, but simpler stuff like Novels.
There's information claiming it to be false, for instance this:

Are you checkboxing the "to-do 2024 list"?
If you need to speedmaxxing your reading then your shouldn't reading that. Improving reading effectivity/efficiency/learning is better than speedmaxxing like a bot.
