I haven't done my math homework in 4 years (i just finished the second year of high school), i have gotten trough by cheating all the time, i have (deserved) good grades in all the other subjects, am i fucked and forced to keep cheating forever?

You are likely going to be banned as there is a rule requiring you to be 18 to post here.
You are definitely not fucked though. I never tried in math in high school but decided to really try to pre-study the summer before a class, going back to address weaknesses as well and I had the habits and connections made going forward to study very effectively for the rest of my college career.
It is July now. Go put in the work, even if that means Khan Academy (while actually doing all of the examples and quizes) to start with.
