๐Ÿงต Has there ever been an instance of a case in which a person could only feel positive emotions?

i.e. could not feel sadness or anger, but otherwise could fully experience happiness? I'm interested of the philosophical implications if such a neurological case has never been documented.

Could not feel sadness or anger? I don't think you would be able to survive if you did not feel these two. I mean children communicated by crying because they are afraid or angry.
