objectively speaking (scientifically, empirically)

is this the best dual monitor setup ergonomically (naturally)?

I'm thinking its not natural at all to turn your head left, right and up to look at a second monitor.

However, you can just look down without turning your head, and it's very natural. Without thinking, test it right now and imagine another slightly inclined monitor under your current one. Isn't it very natural to just "look" at it without any additional movements by your head and neck?
