Would it be possible to very accurately measure our solar system's/suns oscillation, if there are any? and maybe recursive with all the planets?

yes, it's possible and the Sun's center of mass is not at the center of mass of the solar system, and so the sun orbits around it. However, the sun is so massive that that center of mass of the solar system is itself within the sun, so the sunjust wobbles in a circluar way, minutely so, as you said.
