Why do scientists think that exercise is bad for you?

There is a strong correlation between lifespan/risk of death and IQ. If you are an unintelligent dumbfuck and abuse substances or injure yourself then you are more likely to die. If you are remotely competent then intelligent exercise can only bring you more benefits.
