The mechanism by which chromosomes are separated in anaphase is something that fascinates me. I cannot for the life of me imagine how this evolved, or even what the original function of tubulin in a cell might have been. The chromosomes are attached to a ring, and there's a kinesin which is responsible for curling up the microtuble fibers. The curling forces the ring to slide along the microtuble as the microtuble fibers themselves depolymerize.

I don't know if microbial effeciency was any different but in my ecology course we just talked about the idea that in carbon ecological production, due to multiple factors, outweighed consumption. Which led to mass deposits. Because of Pangea the global climate was hot and humid, perfect for fern and lycopsid growth. And because of the tectonics most of Pangea was covered in marshland which only aided in plant matter conservation.

If I'm not mistaken normally the two states are associated simply with tubulin lattice compaction. It would be cool if you could make a qubit from it, but I really doubt that this is how the cell uses its tubulin.
I'm guessing that before there was a nucleus there was a nuclear compartment on the side of the cell. The path to it would have been propped up by several nuclear pore complexes in series. To divide, the cell would have had to pull its DNA through the nuclear pore complexes (which at the time lacked barrier proteins) to the main compartment. It's maybe not unreasonable that the kinetochore could have originally have evolved for such a purpose.

FtsZ is essentially like a precursor to the kinetochor and they share similar properties to tubulin

Tubulin obviously evolved from FtsZ but they're not so similar. The precursor to tubulin is evident in Asgard archaea, although it doesn't dimerize yet.
I think it's likely that a nuclear compartment would have predated a nucleus in general. It probably went something like this:
NPC evolves as a junction complex to maintain a connection between two cells after division.
Evolution decides that the DNA is better off separate from the rest of the cell.
One of the two cells becomes a nuclear compartment. It shrinks in size so that the two cells don't get pulled apart so easily.
Later the nucleus is internalized to correct the outer profile of the cell.

But yeah I agree with you on the endomembranic precursor of the nucleus, it also makes sense to me. It's interesting that it apparently evolved as a defense mechanism against viruses.

Forgot to adress this. As far as I know, and this is not my field of expertise, these endomembrane compartments evolved through the invagination of the cell membrane. Except mitochondria/chloroplasts obviously. But I've never heard of the NPC forming first. I like the idea.

I don't know about replicate by themselves. Apparently they get squeezed from the outside by dynamin. (The boa constrictor protein that's involved in making endosomes)
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mitoc
Mitochondrial fission also triggers a subsequent peroxisome fission. It's because peroxisome fission relies on the same form of dynamin, which is inaccessible otherwise. It's normally sequestered to actin bundles and released only for this division process.
Peroxisomes are the other major redox organelle. They're basically assistants to the mitochondria. The redox reactions convert oxygen to hydrogen peroxide temporarily and catalase converts it back to oxygen.

I guess "the Anti-Jesus" (Head being), making me "Anti-Christ" (Heart being), technically though because Im both whenever I feel like it/need to be.
Be heckin valid and cute, but the one the people reject, whichever that is, to test validity of governenence and it future aspects. Its not about being 100%, but there is a level where its crossing lines.
Imagine walking into someone "Biblical House" and sense their daughter is missing, not exchanged (married off to another nation) but "eaten".

I didnt have issues with Indias per se, it was the food, emergency leave, like...same day ticket, "Cant." This Iranian (Persian?) connection interests me.
Its like its the backend of India, or the "fast one" in a hybridized internally/symbiosis externally.

Besides, this is deep ass Cognitive Geometric SpaceTime measures, each one a little equation.
Correlating it to Genetics is more difficult, "scanning for the molecule from first person point of view". There are correlations though that remain all the way down.

This is also sub-Speciation, using more basic "lineages" and making "Jew/Aryan/Arab ect", how to make "The People".
That you can start to evolve towards them, if you know The Way.

One being Reproductive, now I find out thats Viral. Noice. 42 is 4.2 (Billion years). Though I still use my original "Birthdate" of 523 (Million).
