Have you noticed the changing demographic in stem fields? Is it improving stem or vice versa?
I for example noticed the enormous amount of women in my discipline. What about yours?

There are basically zero women in my subfield despite the incredible DEI push for them. If you are female and qualified to work in this field, I doubt you will ever be rejected for an interview. I have never actually met a woman at any company I have worked at who was not in HR or some other department doing something else.

I didn't notice a change in demographics, but I noticed that physicists in 2022 are mediocre compared to the ones from 1927. It might have to do with the fact that there are too many jews in there and not enough aryans, but that's just a tiny hunch

No it wasnt you negroid retard, there are more nazis in the 1927 Solvay picture then there are jews. Even someone like Von Neumann needed a literal british faggot like Turing to actually make computers

the wimmin are all in assembly. Allegedly, we have like 2 fem engies at the other building. They giggle and laugh and make my heart warm and fuzzy so I'd say they're improving things

Only ""people"" who have no personal achievements feel the need to cling to the achievements of others with their skin colour. Basically, you're all worthless pieces of shit which will never amount to anything.

not even just my subfield, but literally my experimental physics 101 class back a few years ago with over 100 students in the lecture hall had a grand total of... 7 (Seven) females.
When I did my bachelors, the department where I did my bachelors thesis had about 15-20 people and a grand total of... 0 (Zero) females.
I don't know how/why published statistics now show that like 20-25% of physics students are females, but anecdotally I cannot confirm this at all from my lived experience in my university.
