Yeah, most "Biologists" seem to have a very broad approach which is very few and far between for changes as it feels more like they extend what is known, not add new knowns. Bret Weinstein/Heather for example, before them they previous "famous" Biologist is Dawkins, and his approach is waaaay antiquated, because its "Gene" based instead of Gene-Expression, important difference. Dawkins was the "Selfish Gene", it was an autobiographical admission of self.

It was Chemistry, then Physics, adding new sub-Fields. Hence BioPhysics for me or Levin, Molecular Biology was Genetics and thats been "the note being played" for like, like, 60 years.

Still a pillar but there are "lower hanging fruit" right near by.
