Psoriasis is quite common, as far as i know. For me the only thing that helps are topical steroid cremes. Shit sucks, cuz it gives withdrawal symptoms.

I don't have psoriasis, but I've sesame oil for other skin conditions, and it's legit god-tier.

medicaid covers my cocentyx which pretty much annihilated both my psoriasis and my hidradenitis suppurativa.

It's very common but symptoms and how you respond to treatments are very subjective.
After years I found a cream that works very well on me, it's not sold internationally so it's pointless to give you the name.
My suggestion is to just try anything.
