How accurate is picrel detailed breakdown of human nutritional needs?
ποΈ Anonymous at Mon, 9 Sep 2024 23:46:41 UTC No. 16370764
Its extremely lengthy. Just eat normal food and avoid goyslop and you'll be fine. Never expect to get decent information about nutrition from scientists, they are all liars who fake their data in order to get whatever results will help them shill whatever false narratives they're being paid to shill or are ideologically driven to shill and you'll never get any Information from them that will lead to a diet healthier than just eating normal food sans goyslop

How are people still completely brain dead when it comes to diabetes?
The cause is so fucking obvious and you can cure it overnight (as long as you never eat carbs again).

Meanwhile europeans asians and arabs who have been eating mostly bread rice and potatoes for thousands of years have no diabetes lmao

Not arguing that those carb forms are dangerous but if you already have diabetes from the soda and doughnuts then those foods will be off limits.
We are seeing a rise in diabetes in Asian countries probably from white rice and sugar.
I'm just saying that if you have a patient that comes in with type 2 then you can put them on a zero carb diet and they will not require any insulin injections before meals which is a "cure" by another name.

doughnuts are carbohydrates mixed with a little bit of egg and deep fried in sneed oils

About two months ago I decided to experiment on myself and I stopped eating bread, rice, etc for a week. Predictably I lost a lot of weight, about 5lbs, which I knew was mostly water that had been stored in my gut by the carbohydrates which were no longer present. I kept up the carb free diet for another few weeks just because I wasn't missing the bread and was enjoying the additional meat in my new diet. Then one day I decided I wanted to eat make some bread because I had a container of lard I didn't know what to do with and decided it would go nicely in some whole wheat rolls. So I made the bread (ingredients: water, whole wheat flour, bread flour, lard, salt, yeast) and the day after eating one of the 100g rolls I woke up feeling sick or hung over or something like that and I realized that was the effect of eating bread and having it suck moisture out of my body. I was also 3lbs heavier than normal. So I drank a bunch of water to try and fix the moisture imbalance, but I still felt fairly bad the whole day and then in the evening I started to have to piss a ton, which was caused the bread begin digested and losing it's ability to hold water. After 3 days of eating no more bread I felt alright and was back to my normal weight before the bread adventure started. So I waited a little over a week and repeated the experiment with the same results and then I waited until it got it all out of my system again and tried the bread eating experiment, this time consuming copious amounts of water before going to sleep in order to try and stave off bread induced dehydration and I still woke up the next day feeling sick or hung over.
So I guess I'm pretty much going to give up bread forever. My next experiment might be with rice to see if it has the same effect as eating bread.
plz peer review my experiment or better yet, try and replicate it yourself

I've read hundreds of anecdotes exactly like yours and my own experiment (extremely biased) went similarly. There has also been published meta analysis confirming our hypothesis, as well as 1 poorly run RCT (on cancer patients) that I wouldn't lean on too heavily.
I guess what I'm getting at is when do we decide that nutrition education for the last hundred years is wrong? Who is going to be fired? How do we deprogram the entire Western world?

grains ferment to alcohol in the gut, which causes the people who eat them to be dumber than everyone else, also harms their liver and kidneys. if you eat them all the time you don't notice the difference, but if you stop for a while and then start up again you will easily notice the difference

I wonder if anyone has ever done a metastudy looking at what percentage of publications provide results that are beneficial to their funding sources

This list was very good until it got the ethics section. Then I just sighed. The author is a dishonest midwit. What honestly else do you expect me to declare if he talks about the suffering of zooplankton and honeybees? What the fuck?
I am not a vegan. I just dislike midwittery.

rice is more fully hydrated than bread is and it isn't fermented so you might get different results.

Maybe some minor errors, but the essence is accurate.

Bread and rice as typically consumed spike our insulin enough that it will fuck up most people's sleep.
The trick is to not eat carbs or to not eat before bed in general.
If you are chronically affected by insulin resistance or high cortisol, then you should eat something fatty, like cheese and a sip of milk, as to generate a very flat and long insulin release.
This is to prevent cortisol release in response to the low blood sugar which you get from your insulin spikes, once the easily available carbs in your gut start running out.
If your cortisol spikes during sleep, you will have a bad time.

Why?
It has next to no nutritional value.
It has to be ground into flour for us to be able to digest most of it.
That's why peanut butter became popular during the great depression, anon.
Even relatively tiny pieces of less than 1mm in diameter pass through our gut completely untouched.

Beside the fact that sugars are carbohydrates, the word carbohydrate is *synonymous* with the word saccharide, from ancient greek sΓ‘kkharon, literally meaning sugar.
Cellulose, starch and sugars are all saccharides.
You're the dumbest fucking retarded idiot nitwit I have seen on here all day.
Please never ever post again.

what the fuck is this retardation? if you drink more water than usual, you will obviously piss more. also, are you implying that a single 100g roll of bread somehow made you 3lbs heavier, or that that shit made you absorb 3lbs of whatever? what kind of magic is that? lmao
do you retards get taught physics in college or even HS?

Utterly absurd. Maybe if one does not chew at all? I've noticed that carnifaggotry and lactofaggotry both correlate with an affinity for eating homogeneous paste. I guess lazy ingestion, characteristic of suckling infants, would explain it.

humans invented pointy rocks to open up carcasses with, before tools like pointy rocks and sticks were invented our ancestors used their teeth in lieu of tools. have a look at gorilla or baboon teeth sometime, they look like slightly miniaturized versions of saber tooth tiger dentition
