What would happen if I grabbed an electron and held it fast?
Would it explode at infinite speed breaking special relativity due to the uncertainty principle?
Would it still produce an electric field? magnetic?

The fingers in your hand can only grab things because they are made of of trillions of tiny electrons emitting kinetic energy and electrostatic force, ahahaha! You cannot grasp that which you are built from, foolish fleshling! You are but a hydrocarbonic soup automaton powered by sodium and potassium electrolyte neurotransmitters! AHAHAHAHAHAHA

uh maybe you can't because you lack grip strength and have a limp wrist but I can. I just want to know if it is safe

lets assume for a moment that you could indeed 'catch an electron and hold it perfectly tight'.
in this case you would create so much energy from heisenberg that you make yourself a black hole due to einstein.
