I was sparring at Mauy Thai without a cup, unfortunately. (I normally always wear a fucking cup besides this one session) And he threw a knee directly into my nuts. (The coach told us to not throw up angled knees. I'm still a bit bitter about this if you couldn't tell) its the bottom half of my nut though fortunately, so I kept my nut.
