Chew sugar free Nicotine gum but the sweetener has to be xylitol, this is totally anecdotally but I have never smoked in my life and 3 weeks ago I started to chew 2 pieces of 2mg before I go to sleep, I chew it real well and then put it between my teeth and mouth on my gums.
First of all my gums are way pinker than before and my dreams have been real vivid every night since. And I'm definitely not addicted (yet) cause I purposefully not chewed it for 4 days back to back and haven't had cravings or nothing.

i can attest to this, my dad's side of the family gave me a bad diet and weak enamel but NHA toothpaste and flouride mouthwash have saved my teeth. i'd avise keeping your oral care stuff in the shower for a few months to force yourself to do it at the same time, i always floss and brush at the start of the shower(don't rinse, let the toothpaste have time to work) and then throw in mouthwash once i get out and let that sit while i shave and put on deoderant. also keeping those little on the go toothbrushes for when your mouth feels weird and icky.
if all else fails, tell your doc you want to try THE high flouride toothpaste (denta5000, by perscription only) follow the instructions exacly, that shit was made by wizards.
desu it will take effort in time, at this point oral hygiene is basically a hobby of mine but the trick is to start small
