Too many admins. Lacking enough work for how many of them there are, they have to create new work for themselves. The new work that they create for themselves ends up.being various ways of interfering with the work regular teachers.
Let this interference continue uninterrupted for sixty years (thanks LBJ) and you get very shitty outcomes.
There is only one question: why did the powerful permit the creation of more and more admin job openings in the first place? Was it intentional or did they stop caring?

I honestly think it really is just poor attention spans and bad habits making people seem dumber than they are because they lack full control of their minds. Put anyone on tiktok for 4 hours a day mindlessly scrolling and it'll start to fuck them up.

The creation of the bureaucratic class isn't as such a creation of the elite but rather themselves, but it also benefits the elite.
Look up the bureaucratic cycle, they are very good at keeping their jobs and continuing long after they are needed.
The reason they haven't been eradicated is because firstly they are a new problem and our society doesn't understand them as a threat. And secondly because they are to some degree the elite at least some of them and the elite can exercise quite a lot of top down control over them if needed.

Short form content, compound inflation eating everyone up. People don't have time to read when wars are going on and people are in survival mode. Power vacuums are currently being created which means chaos/entropy and less time to leisurely read. Also the Boomer generation are terrible leaders, they don't have wisdom or knowledge, just money and assets.

NYC is kind of shitty in places but it's far from being a war zone. Most students at Columbia come from very pleasant environments.

>Elite schools have reached peak nepotism entry.
they were always about nepotism entry. elite schools started in order to educate the priesthood (the very oldest ones), and most clergymen were the second sons of aristocrats, and then to educate the elite in how to run the country; this is where the historic liberal arts degree came from. the ideas of meritocracy and mass access are very new ideas to the university system.

It doesn't value conscientiousness.
It values pretentiousness.
The ability to make people happy for exactly 15 seconds by telling them lies, even if it harms them long-term.
Why do you think there are dieticians telling obese people that they are beautiful, social scientists telling minorities that racism against whites isn't possible, sexologists telling women that they are unhappy and alone because men are evil?
It riles people up, makes them cheer for a few minutes, and then fills them with hatred and pride.
If there was any conscientiousness in our culture, people would strive to cooperate. They would strive to accept differences, not tribalize. They would be mindful of their actions and act like actual, real adults.
This isn't the way because it uplifts others. That decreases your personal power, which slows you down.
Our very "smartest" are all motivated by personal desires, greed and lust for power. That's why they're as woke as they are.
Calling them conscientious is just an extension of their lies.
The entire topic disgusts me...

if racism against whites is possible then how come nobody has ever been able to develop an effective racial slur against whites?
the n word for negroes will get you banned here, so will the c word for asians or the k word for jews, but nobody has ever had the ability to develop any successful slur against whites. are the other races all just too low IQ to develop good slurs?

INSANITY
The 'N' word means one word, if everybody knows what it means, why not use the original word?
I have yet to ever hear an anti-racist say that Black people can NOT use the 'N' word... so the only people that still use the original word are the very people that are 'offended' by the word.
More INSANITY

Some Muslims in my home country routinely called us potato slaves, pig skins, peasants and various other terms, including those in Turkish and Arabic which were clearly derogatory, but which we could not understand, in addition to being openly and physically violent.
People in Asia, Africa and the US have various labels for racist and imperialist whites, used liberally against anyone who is disliked. Why? Because that's something that's more emotionally damaging to a lot of white people than accusations of inferiority.
And this brings me to the attempt of blacks in the US to systematically diminish white masculinity with terms such as "whitey" and general reference to any white man as a "white boy", as well as the propagation of myths of sexual inferiority, as well as using phrases such as "muh dick" to deflect when they lose an argument. Why? Because this a more effective emotional target than attacking the achievements of whites, which in terms of mangitude are relatively immaculate compared to other ethnicities, thanks to the sole fact that we just happened to realize steam technology before other countries did.

As for the actual definition for racism, which fundamentally includes the possibility of racism of whites, see these sources:
Definition according to the UN's International Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination:
In this Convention, the term "racial discrimination" shall mean any distinction, exclusion, restriction
or preference based on race, colour, descent, or national or ethnic origin which has the purpose or
effect of nullifying or impairing the recognition, enjoyment or exercise, on an equal footing, of human
rights and fundamental freedoms in the political, economic, social, cultural or any other field of public
life.
https://www.ohchr.org/sites/default
Definition according to the ADL and Professor Robert Livingston of the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard University:
Racism occurs when individuals or institutions show more favorable evaluation or treatment of an individual or group based on race or ethnicity.

Definition according to Peter Wood, president of the National Association of Scholars:
To call racism “a system of advantage based on race,” truncates the concept. To break it down, racism is first of all a belief that “racial” classification is valid: that classifying people by race captures some of the most important differences among people. To this, racism adds the idea of ranking: some of those differences aggregately make the members of group X better than group Y. Only then do we get to the possibility of “a system of advantage based on race.”
Such social systems exist and are actually pretty common, but of course not all “systems of advantage” are based on race. They may be based on lots of things—family wealth, birth order, or social networks, for example—that may overlap with racial categorizations but which are not racial per se. This isn’t a minor distinction. It is central to the question of how equitable our society really is. Those who reduce everything to race or who make a practice of discovering racism hidden behind every disparity are engaged in what has become the most common contemporary form of racism in America.
Define “racism” as group hierarchy in which only the “privileged” dominant group can be racist, and instantly this common form of racism is defined out of existence.
https://www.nas.org/blogs/article/w
As you can see, the very notion that white people cannot experience racism is in itself racist.
